We want you to feel comfortable about transacting business with us. Due to the nature of our business and the accessibility of our products immediately upon purchase, there is a 7-day refund policy, which begins on the date of purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with the product you have paid for, please fill out this REFUND REQUEST FORM.
REFUND & CANCELLATION OF 1 to 1 CONSULTATION
- Once the online consultation is started, no refund can be entertained.
- Online consultation can be Cancelled only via email to pankhuri(at the rate)reorg.in at least 12hrs before the appointment.
- We have a 12-hour, no exception cancellation policy. Meaning, if you’re sick, stuck in traffic, or called into a late day work meeting that will require you to miss our session, you will be charged. Conversely, Pankhuri holds herself to the same standard. So if she gets sick or gets stuck in traffic and have to miss a session within 12 hours of the start time, she will comp you a session. Fair?
- We shall not be responsible in case communication is not received by the customer due to an incomplete/wrong email address given by the individual.
- In case of refund, 10% processing charges will be levied on the price which is to be refunded.
- The stated amount due for refund shall be processed within 7 business days from the date of the cancellation, subject to all terms and conditions. Refunds will be made to the same source from which payment was made.
- The above-mentioned cancellation process and refund processing time may vary under special circumstances (such as holidays, strikes, bank delays etc) and www.reorg.in cannot be held liable for the delay.
Shipping and Delivery Policy:-
• We provide a virtual course or consultation service so shipping is not included in this service.
